Though they would be unable to enter buildings, Old-Machines would be capable of existing and functioning in this location.

(That said, attempting synchrony with an Old-Machine would likely result in neurological damage and potential indoctrination: if there is any control at all over who is brought here, it is unlikely that they would be included.)
